Merchzo Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Merchzo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Merchzo provides software tools for creating and preparing merchandise designs, listing content, print-ready assets, mockups, and related seller workflows. Features described as planned or coming soon are not yet available.

Provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity through your account and should tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of content you upload or create to the extent you have rights to it. You grant Merchzo a limited license to store, process, transform, display, and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to provide the service you request.

You are responsible for having the rights needed for reference images, artwork, trademarks, text, logos, designs, and other materials you provide or use. Use AI and reference features to create original, lawful content. Do not intentionally copy protected designs or infringe others' rights.

Merchzo does not provide legal clearance for generated work. You should review rights and permissions before publishing or selling.

AI outputs can contain errors and may not be unique. Review generated designs and text before publishing. Merchzo does not guarantee copyright or trademark clearance; you are responsible for final use and publication.

Merchzo may prepare artwork to technical specifications. You remain responsible for checking requirements of your chosen printer or print-on-demand provider. We do not guarantee that every provider will accept every output.

When available, Etsy integration will use Etsy's official API and OAuth, and you will explicitly authorize access. Merchzo does not need or request your Etsy password. You remain responsible for your Etsy shop, listings, products, and compliance with Etsy policies. Merchzo is an independent application.

The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

Features may depend on separate services including Etsy, Supabase, Vercel, AI providers, and future print-on-demand providers. Those services have their own terms, privacy policies, and availability.

Do not use Merchzo for unlawful or illegal products or content, intellectual property infringement, malware, fraud, abusive automated requests, circumvention of limits or security, or attempts to compromise Merchzo or other users.

Paid plans or credits may be introduced or displayed in the product. Applicable prices, limits, and payment terms will be disclosed before purchase. Displayed future plans do not mean checkout is currently active.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Merchzo is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Merchzo is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Any liability for direct losses is limited to amounts paid to Merchzo for the service during the twelve months before the claim. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may restrict or suspend access for abuse, security issues, unlawful use, or material violations of these Terms. You may stop using Merchzo and request deletion as described on the data deletion page.

We may update these Terms as Merchzo changes. The effective date on this page will identify the current version. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.
